The story so far

We started in 2017 with a single mobile-mechanic van in Al Quoz, Dubai. The premise was simple and a bit contrarian: most workshop visits are routine — an oil change, a battery, a tyre, a brake pad — and there's no reason a driver should waste 4 hours on them. With a van full of parts and the right diagnostic kit, the same job takes 40 minutes at the customer's parking spot. Word spread, the fleet grew, and the model now runs across every emirate.

1. 2017
   Founded in Al Quoz, Dubai, with a single mobile van and a fleet of 4 technicians.
2. 2019
   Crossed 50,000 services completed. Expanded to Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
3. 2021
   Launched the CUSTOMER HAPPINESS SERVICE CONTRACT (CHSC) — three pre-paid maintenance tiers covering 50,000 km.
4. 2023
   Network grew to 100+ partner workshops and 50+ parts vendors. Coverage extended to all 7 emirates.
5. 2025
   Mobile dispatch platform handles 300+ daily jobs. 800carguru.com car-finder launched — instant per-car pricing across services, battery, tyres and contracts.
6. 2026
